Change of Mind Please note that Aussie TechMate does not offer refunds for change of mind.
Faulty or Damaged Items If an item is faulty, significantly different from the description, or unsafe, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund. For minor issues, Aussie TechMate may offer a repair or replacement at our discretion. For major issues, you have the right to ask for a full refund or a replacement.
Return Process To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your product. The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Manufacturer’s Responsibility Please note that the responsibility for defects, safety, and warranty claims lies with the manufacturer. Aussie TechMate’s role is limited to facilitating the sale.
